3 large baking potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chives
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped parsley
Paprika

Directions:
Scrub potatoes and pierce in several places. Bake at 425º 45 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato and add remaining ingredients, except parsley and paprika. Mix well. Spoon mixture into potato skin shells. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 425º, 10-15 minutes.

I think Mom got this recipe from the newspaper. I have it in her handwriting but I put it in the Liberty Church cookbook. It's another one of Karl's favorites.
