2 lbs orange roughy filets
3/4 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1TBSP minced onion
1 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Cayenne pepper, to,taste
4 oz can diced green chiles
Minced cilantro
Paprika

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Cut fish into serving pieces and arrange in a single layer in a greased baking dish. Combine sour cream and cream cheese, blend until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, onion, lemon juice, garlic salt, cayenne pepper and green chiles. Mix well. Spread over fish. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with cilantro and paprika.
