3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
1 t. baking soda
2 t. vanilla
1 t. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

Icing:
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. canned milk
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Grease and flour a Bundt pan and pour batter into pan. Bake 1 hr. at 350º

Start preparing icing 10 minutes before cake comes out of the oven. Bring icing ingredients to a boil, let boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cake while warm.
