Yellow cake mix (could use gluten-free mix for 9X13 in. cake)
15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 boxes Jello brand coconut cream instant pudding
4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
large container of cool whip
2 c. coconut

Mix: Yellow cake mix (could use gluten-free mix for 9X13 in. cake)
follow instructions on box
Bake: for 15-20 min. in 11X17 in. jelly roll pan at temperature on box
Mix: 15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 boxes Jello brand (GF) coconut cream instant pudding
4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Top: cake with above mixture
add layer of large container of cool whip
Sprinkle: with coconut
