4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded or filleted to 1/2" thickness
seasoning salt
6 slices bacon, cut in half
1/4 c yellow mustard
1/4 to 1/3 c honey
2 TBS mayonnaise
2 tsp dried onion flakes
1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c Colby/Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle and rub chicken breasts with seasoned salt. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon .***save fat in pan***.
Saute chicken in the bacon grease 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until browned. Put chicken in 9 x 13" pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix mustard honey, mayo and onion. Apply to each breast.
4. Layer mushrooms, bacon, cheese over breasts.
5. Bake in preheated 350º oven 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
