Ingredients:  
4 Large Potatoes (Peeled, Cubed and Cooked)
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Green Onion (Chopped)
6-8 Slices Bacon (Cooked and Chopped)

Dash of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and rest of the ingredients.
Top with remaining cheese, black pepper and bacon.

Bake 350º for 20 Minutes.
