3 Cups Broccoli Florets (Frozen)
16 ozs. Velvetta Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter
4 Cups Cooked White Long Grain Rice

Topping:
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers (Crushed)
1/2 Cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter first then add cheese and melt. Add rice and broccoli. Mix well.

Topping:
Melt butter. Add crushed crackers and mix. Pour on top of broccoli mixture.

Bake at 350º for 1 Hour
