Ingredients:  
3 Large Vidalia Onions (Cut 1/4 inch round rings)
3/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Ritz Crushed Crackers
2 Tblsp. Butter or Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter or olive oil until translucent. Drain and layer in a shallow casserole dish. Mix cheese and crackers. Pour on top.

Bake at 350º for 1 Hour
