12 Vanilla Wafers
2 8oz, Cream Cheese (Softened)
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Line mini muffins pan with mini paper cups.
Place one wafer in the bottom of each liner.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until blended. Add eggs and blend well.
Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.

Bake 25 Minutes at 325º

Chill. Top with fruit preserves, cherry pie filling, nuts, chocolate, or etc...
