1 pkg cream cheese
⅓ cup sugar
1 lemon
8 oz container of cool whip
Blueberries
Lemon Sprinkles
1 pkg Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (Pillsbury or Nestle break and bake 20 count)

Directions:
Cut each of the dough cookies in half. Roll into a ball and place in a mini muffin pan. Press into pan and press with your fingers. Bake cookies at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for about 1 minute, then REPRESS with your fingers. Remove from pan and place on a cooling rack. Meanwhile, combine softened cream cheese with powdered sugar in a bowl. Zest lemon with a grater. Cut lemon in half and press with a citrus press. Add 1 tbsp lemon Sprinkles. Mix with a whisk. Add in Cool Whip. Using Star tip of an icing bag, pipe filling into cups. Garnish with blueberry and additional sprinkles.
