15 oz. can quartered artichoke hearts - not marinated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 jalapeno pepper or 1 small can diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop artichokes.
Mix with cheese and mayonnaise.
Add diced jalapeno pepper if desired

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm with crackers.
