1 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 T cornstarch
1 cup orange juice and pulp
Grated orange rind
1 1/2 T lemon juice
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in saucepan, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch. Stir in slowly 1 cup orange juice and pulp.

Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Blend in 1 to 2 tablespoons grated orange rind, 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tablespoons butter. Cool.
