2-4 Grilled Chicken Breasts or Rotisserie Chicken meat
1 - 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Bleu Cheese Dressing
1/2 c. Bleu Cheese crumbles
Franks Red Hot sauce or similar Buffalo Wing Sauce
2-3 T. Grated Asiago or Parmesan Cheese
2-3 T. Milk
Pita Chips, Tortilla Chips or Toasted Baguette Bread slices

Directions:
Directions:
Dice or tear chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Stir all ingredients together adding hot to taste depending how spicy you would like the dip. Add extra Bleu Cheese crumble depending on flavor preference. Top with Asiago and/or Parmensan cheese.

Place into casserole baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for approx 20-25 minutes till hot and bubbly. Serve with chips or bread.
