2 - 3 lbs beef roast cubed
1 ½ celery stalks chopped
1 chopped onion
1 lb carrots chopped
4 cups water
1 pint smashed tomatoes
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. beef stew mix
4 cups cubed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions. Drain fat. Add carrots, celery & potatoes with the 4 cups water. Stirring well, bring to a simmering boil. Add gravy & stew mix. Bring back to simmering & add smashed tomatoes-let simmer stirring often for at least 1 ½ - 2 hours.
