Ingredients:
5 lbs Potatoes
Ham Steaks or Chunk of Ham
Butter (1 stick)
Salt/Pepper
Milk
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes & slice them into somewhat thin slices (about ¼ inch). Slice the ham into little cubes. This is done in layers. Put a layer of potatoes to cover the pan & then add ham, salt, pepper & little bit of butter to the layer. Then put 3-4 tbsp of flour on the layer & repeat with additional layers till you almost reach the top. Be sure to leave some room because you'll probably want to stir during cooking. After you have your layers, you want to fill it up with milk till about where the top layer starts. You don't want to cover the top layer completely, but I generally do it so some of the top is covered on the outsides. If it looks later on like you have too much milk, you can add more flour to thicken it. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 1.5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
