"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bottle of SANGRIA (I used the one from Carlo Rossi 3 liters)
1 (2 liters) bottle of SPRITE
2 or 3 pounds of FROZEN FRUIT
Sugar (1/2 to 1 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
In a big punch bowl mix the wine with the Sprite and the sugar. Mix half of the Sprite bottle and ½ cup of sugar and try it to see if you like the flavor. If want it sweeter, pour more sprite and sugar, if not, leave it like that. When you get to the right mix of the wine, sprite and sugar, you add two pounds of frozen fruit and VOILA! It's done! I used the mixed fruit, but you can add whichever fruit you like. The frozen fruit helps keep the sangria cool without watering it down. If you keep the wine and the Sprite in the fridge it will also help minimize the need for ice which waters down the sangria.
