3 sheets matzoh
2 T cream
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 T butter
salt and pepper

Directions:

Break matzohs into pieces and soak in warm water for a minute or 2. Squeeze as much water as possible with your hands. Put squeezed matzoh in a bowl and pour cream over. When it is absorbed, pour in eggs and mix. Heat butter in heavy skillet over mod. low heat. As it begins to brown, add matzoh mix. Cook let bottom set 1 minute, then begin to turn with wooden spoon like scrambled eggs. Cook 5 minutes.
