2 1/4 tsp. yeast
1/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. warm water
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º. Mix yeast, sugar and water. Let sit 6-8 minutes. Add flour and salt. Knead a few minutes until dough is stretchy and elastic. It will be a bit sticky. Spray pizza pan with PAM and sprinkle with cornmeal. Roll dough out onto pan.

Top with thin layer cheese, then spices/herbs and other desired toppings (tomatoes and sausage are my favorites!), then top with another layer of cheese. Bake 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and begins to turn golden.
