2 (8.5 oz) pkgs Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 cup melted butter/margarine
1/3 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup cottage cheese
10 oz pkg frozen broccoli, boiled and well drained
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients except muffin mix. Stir in muffin mix. Pour into greased 9X13 baking pan. Bake for @ 25 minutes at 400º until top is nicely browned.
