1/4 cup Wegmans Triple Fruits Spread (Apricot, Peach, Passion Fruit)
1/2 tsp Wegmans Cracked Pepper Seasoning Shak'r
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
4 wild Alaska salmon fillets or portions (6-8 oz each) - See more at:

You'll Need: 1 cedar plank, soaked in water 1 hour
Directions:

Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.

Combine fruit spread, cracked pepper blend, and horseradish sauce in small bowl; set aside.

Arrange salmon on plank; brush with fruit mixture. Clean grill with wire brush.

Place plank with salmon on grill; close cover. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH; cook salmon 12-15 min until internal temp reaches 130 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of fillet. Transfer to clean platter; let rest at least 2 min.
