11 cans Campbell's French Onion soup
11 cans Campbell's Beef Consomme
7 lbs. rice
2 sticks butter
1 Vidalia onion, chopped (optional for garnish)
red and green bell peppers, sliced (optional for garnish)
Hillshire sausage, sliced (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups and butter in a 22 qt. pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Add rice. Just before water is absorbed, arrange onions, peppers, and sausage on top for garnish.
