Veal cutlets (scallopini) or tenderized round, cut thin
Eggs, beaten (enough to cover meat)
1 cup Progresso Seasoned Italian Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon flour
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, flour, salt, and pepper. Cut off fat and cut meat into pieces. Salt and pepper the meat. Dip meat into beaten egg and then into bread crumb mixture. Push crumbs into meat and flatten it. Cook in shortening. Brown quickly 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
