4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, cut in half and pounded flat
6 T butter, melted
¼ C Grey Poupon Mustard (Country style)
2 C pecans, finely chopped

Sauce:
2 C sour cream
½ C black olives, sliced
1 oz hidden Hidden Valley Ranch (powder)
2 T Grey Poupon Mustard (Country style)

Directions:
Directions:
For chicken: mix melted butter and mustard together, coat one side of chicken. Press chicken into pecans and roll with nuts on the outside. Bake 450 for 15 minutes, or until done. Sauce: mix together all ingredients reserving a few olives for garnish. Heat over low heat for 2 minutes, be careful not to boil. Spoon warm sauce over chicken, garnish with olives and serve.
