10 c. flour
7 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. lard
2 c. warm milk
1 1/2 cake yeast
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat vanilla with eggs, dissolve yeast into warm milk. Add salt, sugar to flour. Add liquid and about 2 more cups of flour to thicken. Let rise until bubbles. Drop by tablespoonful into hot oil until golden brown and they rise to top of pan. Remove and place on paper towel and shake into confectioners sugar.
