2 eggs beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. monteray jack cheese, grated
1 can (4 oz.) of chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour to eggs & whisk.
Add salt, milk, & chilies and mix well.
Add cheeses and mix.
Pour into well oiled 8" X 12" baking dish
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut into small squares and serve warm.
(Makes 48 small squares)
