I box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (Save 1/2 cup juice)
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except oranges. Beat 4 minutes. Add oranges and beat until oranges are small. Bake in greased and floured 9X13 pan in 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Topping
1 small instant vanilla pudding
14 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Blend pudding with juice from the pineapple. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Mix. Fold in 1/2 whipped cream and the drained pineapple. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
