2 c. Italian bread crumbs
¾ c. Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, pressed
½ tsp. pepper
¼ c. fresh chopped parsley
1 lb. (4 sticks) butter
8 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper and parsley. Melt butter and dip each chicken breast into butter for 3 minutes. Roll and press bread crumb mixture on each piece. Put into shallow baking dish. Pour remaining butter over the top and bake at 325 degree for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
