1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 lg onion chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 15oz can evaporated milk
1 4oz can chopped green chilies
1 15oz can mild enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas quartered
2 c cheddar cheese grated

In lg skillet brown ground beef and onion the drain. Add chili powder, salt and garlic powder, cook and stir an additional 3 min
Stir in evaporated milk, soup, green chilies, and enchilada sauce, set aside.
Spray 9x13 in baking dish. Line dish with tortillas, pour meat mixture and cover with cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 min uncover and top with cheese. Place back in oven for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
