2 Yellow Apples sliced into thin pieces
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Water
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add and mix egg, water, and sugar sift in flour and then mix in apples.
In a deep pot over medium high heat add oil
Drop a tablespoon of the apple mixture into teh hot oil
Turn over when golden on one side.
Remove onto a baking pan lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil when completely golden brown.
Serve on platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
