16 sliced pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
16 maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Chop chream cheese into small pieces, add 4 tbsp pineapple juice. Mix well in mixer on medium speed. Drop a heaping tbsp of cream cheese mixture into each pineapple slice. Garnish with cherries and arrange on platter.
Can be modified with pear halves and peach halves.
