4 cups cubed cooked potatoes (approximately 6 medium potatoes)
1 medium onion chopped
4 slices fried bacon
2 tbsp. bacon grease
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and cube.
Salt and pepper to taste. Add onions and mix together.
Fry bacon until slightly crisp.
Whisk bacon grease, vinegar, and sugar together and bring to boil.
Pour liquid mixture over potatoes.
Chop eggs into small pieces. Crumble bacon.. Gently toss eggs .bacon, and pickles into potato mixture.
Serve hot or cold.
