1 cup butter
1 ¾ cups sugar
¼ cup packed brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and mix in rest of ingredients. Roll dough into 2 inch balls and roll in the sugar then bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
