16oz split peas
4-6 Ham pieces cut 1/4 inch thick
1/2 onion chopped
4 celery stalks chopped
4 cloves garlic
small bag baby carrots
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
oregano
5 C Veggie Stock
1 C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients above in order in a crock pot, and cook on low for 5 hours. Take out ham slabs, and blend with immersion blender. Taste for seasoning. Chop ham and put back in soup and serve!
