Barbecue Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup apple jelly
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Roast:
4 lb bone-in pork shoulder or bottom blade or chuck beef roast

Coleslaw:
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. oil oil
1 green apple julienned
4 cups green cabbage sliced

SAUCE: In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Once boiled add to the bottom of the crockpot.
ROAST: Add the meat to the crockpot and baste well with the sauce, cover and cook for 8 hours on low. Remove the meat from the roast and place onto old cookie sheet and tear apart, or cut into small pieces and set aside. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and bring to boil. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes until reduced in half. Add the meat to the saucepan and mix and heat. Keep warm until ready to serve.
COLESLAW: In large bowl mix all wet ingredients. Add apples and cabbage and mix thoroughly.
