2 cups flour
1 cup grated corn flour
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon all spice
1/4 cup raisins.
3 cups olive oil (for frying)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except the oil, until it has a soft consistency.
Heat oil on medium to high heat and deep fry.
Use a tablespoon to make small portions and deep fry for around 3 to 4 minutes until cooked.
Cool and serve.
