2 cups flour
3 crushed bananas
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons raisins
2 cups cooking oil (for deep frying)
Grated nutmeg
Dash of allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients, except cooking oil, until it becomes a soft consistency.
Heat oil on medium to high heat in a frying pan.
Scoop up a tablespoon full of mixture and deep fry for about 3 minutes on both sides.
Makes about a dozen.
Drain and cool.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
