1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
pinch pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) In shallow dish, combine lemon juice, dill, oil, mustard and pepper.
2) Add fish, turning to coat both sides.
3) Cover and marinade in fridge; turning occasionally, for at least 45 minutes or up to 2 hours.
4) Broil on a grill (use Olive oil spray). Ready when fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.

4oz fish: 180 calories, 24 g protein, 8g fat, 1 g carbs.
** Best with trout fillets
