1.2 c. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, sugar and salt and add to creamed mixture. Add pecans. Roll into "fingers". Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375º for 12 to 14 minutes. Immediately roll in sugar.
