CRUST:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
FILLING:
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup cubed ham or bacon or a combination of both
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, add cheese and then butter. Mix thoroughly and pack into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Spread onion,ham and cheese evenly on crust. Beat eggs and add milk. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour, or until a knife comes clean when inserted into the center.
