20 wings
1/4 c dry sherry
1/4 c oyster sauce
1/4 c honey
3 t chopped fresh cilantro
2 t chili sauce
2 t grated lime peel
4 medium green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1. Cut each wings at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tips. Cut off & discard excess skin.
2. In large glass bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well mixed. Add chicken to marinade. Seal bag; turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning once.
3. Heat oven to 375. Place chicken in ungreased 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake uncovered 30 mins, stirring frequently. Bake about 20 mins longer or until juices are clear.
