1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds Optional
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
chow mein noodles
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1 pkg. ramen noodles (Ichiban original flavour)
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced

DRESSING:


1 pkg. seasoning mix from Ramen soup
2-4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Shred cabbage, toast almonds add all to bowl. Mix dressing and pour over vegetables.
