Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
6 cups of day old cornbread (crumbled)
3 - 4 cups of day old biscuits (crumbled)
1 small onion
1/4 tsp sage
1/2 lb. Sausage
3 eggs
1 cup of chicken (cooked and chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cooked sausage and onion in chicken broth until onions are tender.
In a glass bowl beat eggs in cold chicken both. Mix all ingredients together adding chicken broth until mixture has the same consistency as cornbread.

Pour mixture into 9 x 13 greased casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and drizzle over top of dressing.

Bake at 450º, until brown.
