1 lb of lard
3 c. pastry flour
2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp salt

1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt together. ( If you do not have pastry flour you can use 5 1/2 c of all purpose flour) Cut in lard with a knife or pastry blender. Beat egg and add vinegar. Now add enough cold water to make 1 cup. Add to flour mixture. Do not over mix. Chill pastry in fridge. This recipe make enough for 5 crusts (2 1/2 9 inch pies)
