1/2 c. Oil
3 Eggs
1 can Corn, small can
1 pkg. Corn muffin mix
8 oz. Sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease (spray) 8' baking dish.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Place in oven and bake til done.

I found this recipe hand written in one of Mom's cookbooks and it sounded good so I included in our book.
