1 medium onion, chopped
Frozen peas, cooked as directed
Frozen lima beans, cooked as directed
Waterchestnuts, sliced
1 T. mustard
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. liquid, from cooking peas or beans
Peperidge farm stuffing

Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Top with stuffing. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
