1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 or 2 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 teaspoon dill seed
dash pepper
Directions:

Sprinkle cucumber slices wwith salt; let stand 30 minutes. Drain. Combine reemainibg ingredients; pour over cucumbers. Chill 30 minutes.
