1.5 cups white rice

1 large can of tomato puree

One garlic clove, chopped

½ tomato, diced

6 hot dogs

4 eggs

Olive oil

Directions:
Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat

· Once hot, add chopped garlic clove, ½ of a diced tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper

· After 2 minutes, add rice and cook for 2-3 minutes

· Add 3 cups of water, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 15 minutes

· In the meantime, cook hot dogs (microwave, boiling water, frying pan, whatever you like)

· Heat up tomato puree in microwave or saucepan

· Fry eggs (we leave the yolk slightly uncooked, but make sure egg white is cooked through)

· When everything is prepared, evenly divide rice on 4 plates

· On top of rice place 1.5 hot dogs , 1 fried egg and ¼ of the can of tomato puree

· Cut up hot dog and egg, mix together and enjoy!
