2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
3 lbs stew meat (mom also will use chuck roast, she does not like round or rump as much)
Sour Cream
Egg noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat if you want to. Put first four ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low. Just before serving, mix in sour cream and serve over noodles.
