3 slices bacon
1 medium onion
1 long grain and wild rice mix (Uncle Ben's)
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 lb. cooked chicken, cubed
2 c. milk
10 oz. cream of chicken soup
can of corn, undrained
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. thyme
1 c. sour cream
Parsley

Directions:

Chop bacon and cook with onions.
Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until hot.
