1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T. parsley, chopped
2 c. water
12 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. basil
1 t. salt
1 can sliced tomatoes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb. mozzarella
1/2 lb. ricotta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on the box.
Brown meat and drain off fat. In blender put water, onion, and garlic, blend till chopped fine. Add to meat: tomato paste, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, basil, and water mixture. Simmer 25 minutes.
In greased pan layer noodles, meat mixture, mozzarella, and ricotta. Begin with noodles and end with mozzarella (There will be three layers of each except only two layers of ricotta.) Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes.
